Look up.

John St. Roundhouse, Toronto, Ontario

john street roundhouse

This past weekend was the annual Doors Open Toronto, where hundreds of historical buildings open their doors for free tours all weekend. Open again this year was the John Street Roundhouse which is being fully restored! The turntable is already complete and operating (we all got rides!).

Needless to say this space is very photogenic so I have a bunch of image fodder for the next few days.

Also open was the Steam Whistle brewery, which occupies a few stalls of the roundhouse. They were giving away free beer!
