The &#8220;layout room&#8221; is actually the wing on the left side of the house, which the current owner refers to as a &#8220;summer kitchen&#8221;.  This room is about 16&#215;26, and is original to the house which should suit a layout quite nicely.<\/p>\n<p>Initially, this will be the temporary location of Fast Tracks, while the shop at the back of the house is prepared.
