From these turnouts the engine crawled (literally) over other turnouts into the engine house by means of temporary rails placed on top of the trackwork.<\/p>\n<p>I will attempt to model this feature using a small piece of larger rail notched out to fit in place, but have not yet tried to see if this will work.  If I can&#8217;t get it to work I will simply leave it off.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bronx-terminal.com\/wp-admin\/upload.php?style=inline&amp;tab=browse&amp;post_id=27&amp;_wpnonce=a0aa5c7c95&amp;ID=26&amp;action=view&amp;paged\" id=\"file-link-26\" title=\"brp2_6.jpg\" class=\"file-link image\">  \t\t\t<\/a><\/p>\n<p>While it isn&#8217;t as cool as the first piece, it isn&#8217;t without its charm.  The first turnout is both straight and curved in that it starts to curve after the switch points.  The second turnout is a curved wye, and is about a #2 with the right hand route ending where the removable rails would be placed to cross over the other trackwork.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bronx-terminal.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/brp2_1.jpg\" title=\"brp2_1.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.bronx-terminal.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/brp2_1.jpg\" title=\"brp2_1.jpg\" alt=\"brp2_1.jpg\" border=\"2\" height=\"643\" width=\"500\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>These are some tight curves!  About 14 1\/2&#8243;.
