The first couple of times I was allowed inside and posted lots of pictures of what was once a major CNR operation that employed 1700 people.  Now it is just a giant eyesore that is the source of lots of <a href=\"http:\/\/www.thestratfordconspiracy.com\/forum\/index.php?PHPSESSID=4118a457104f71243a56bb81b43379f5&amp;board=32.0\">frustration<\/a> for the residents of Statford.<\/p>\n<p>Since there was no one around on Thursday evening I could only get a peek inside through an open door at the end.  It doesn&#8217;t appear that much has happened to the site in the last couple years, in spite of grandiose plans.<\/p>\n<p>Below are a couple links to the actual development plans being proposed for the site.  Supposedly this is a half billion project.
