Spring Training

Paris, Ont.

This is a great train watching spot, about 5 minutes from our house in Burford. Lots of traffic here, with a train about every 30 minutes or so. At night we can clearly hear them from the hot tub….

6218 Steam Excursion

Mid 1960-s

Found on YouTube, this will mess up 20 minutes of your day. This video was all shot around here in the mid-1960’s, Brantford and Paris Ontario and is a real treat to watch, especially if you are from the area as there are lots of recognizable features.

At about the 17 minute mark there is some interesting footage of moving the train station in Scotland, Ontario, which is a couple minutes from here.

Enjoy!
