Ron’s Handywork

040607.jpg

The main electrical panel is complete, and waiting for the electrical inspector.  Once passed, all that is left is insulation, drywall, paint, trim, benches, lightswitches, plug sockets, light installation, final plumbing, bathroom ceiling, cabinets, doors and moving in.  Damn near complete already!

  1. Electrical is a big step. This was very neatly done, Ron does some nice work. Apparently your inspector has to approve before you install the plug sockets – interesting as for me they insisted that those be installed for the inspection.

I presume that the electrical panel is in a closet of a sorts since there is not an apparent allowance to enclose it with sheetrock finishing. Actually this is a better arrangement for any future changes and modifications.

    Excellent progress!

  2. I swear to God that Ron must have worked for the same electrician as I did while in high school! Every wire run had to be neat and straight with no twists or diagonal runs across the building.

Beautiful work! The inspector should be impressed.

  3. Great photos! Not sure if this one needed the dynamic lighting though 😉
