Exterior of the building shot in HDR. Yes, I am having fun playing with this High Dynamic Range technique, which is a process where several images of different exposures are combined to create a single image that can sometimes look like a painting.

Day 52

Landscaping

With the exterior all but complete, I think the “daily” images will be taken from various locations now. Yesterday they finished off the grading around the building. The large pile of topsoil that has been back there for two months was spread around and did a great job of filling in some low spots. I guess we should be looking for some grass seed now….

Day 46

Completing the exterior work

There it is, one big red barn. Russ says we should sell hamburgers out the side. Remember Red Barn restaurants?

For the most part, the exterior construction of the barn is complete. The last two days have been a bee hive of activity as they were racing to get the building closed up (and the next installment cheque).
