Old Port Kelsey Image

Old Port Kelsey

Ran across this image of my old Port Kelsey Ry.  Thought it would be a good change from painted plywood…

  1. I’d like to see some posts about how you wire and control electric power to the complicated crossings on the Bronx terminal. I just finished some street track (using Orr track) on a family member’s layout. To power the crossings, I used 4PDT relays triggered by a Circuitron traffic light controller, so that the polarity in the crossing switched with the traffic lights to match the correct route. The trackwork you’ve built for the Bronx terminal is about 10 times more complicated, so I’d be curious to see how the wiring and control circuitry works.
