I can honestly say that this is the only picture of the Delhi, Ontario train station on the net. (I think). I have been looking for an image of this station that existed before my time in my home town of Delhi. Fortunately, one finally surfaced and thanks to Charles Cooper of RailwayPages.com I now have one. This image is from the Al Paterson collection, and he was kind enough to send it to me.

Among other great information, his site has a great history on the History of Railroads in Haldimand-Norfolk, very well researched and written, worth a look.

  1. Is this located on the west end of the town just before the large wooden bridge?

  2. It was. This picture would have been taken from just off the road, looking toward the trestle.
